In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon all the prophets and messengers from the first of them till the seal of them Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- and all the believers in every time and place till Judgement day..

Allah the Most High said: {So when (the envoy) came to Solomon, he said: Will you help me with wealth? But what Allah has given me is better than that which He has given you. Nay, you are exultant because of your present.(36) Go back to them, so we shall certainly come to them with hosts which they have no power to oppose, and we shall certainly expel them therefrom in disgrace, while they are abased.(37) He said: O you of the assembly, which of you can bring me her throne before they come to me being Muslims (submitting)?(38) (Efreet) One audacious among the jinn said: I will bring it to you before you rise up from your place; and surely I am strong, trusty for it.(39) One having (some) knowledge of the Book said: I will bring it to thee in the twinkling of an eye. Then when he saw it settled beside him, he said: This is of the grace of my Lord, that He may try me whether I am grateful or ungrateful. And whoever is grateful, he is grateful only for his own soul, and whoever is ungrateful, then surely my Lord is Self-sufficient, Bountiful.(40) He said: Alter her throne for her; we may see whether she follows the right way or is of those who go not aright.(41) So when she came, it was said: Was your throne like this? She said: As if it is the same one; and we were given the knowledge before her, and we were Muslims (who submitted).(42) And that which she worshiped besides Allah prevented her; for she was of a disbelieving people.(43) It was said to her: Enter the palace. But when she saw it she deemed it to be Lujja, and she uncovered her legs. He said: Surely it is a castle’s platform made of smooth shiny-glass. She said: My Lord, surely I have wronged myself, and I submit with Solomon to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.(44)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Naml] 27:36-44
{فَلَمَّا جَاءَ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ أَتُمِدُّونَنِ بِمَالٍ فَمَا آتَانِيَ اللَّهُ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا آتَاكُم بَلْ أَنتُم بِهَدِيَّتِكُمْ تَفْرَحُونَ (36) ارْجِعْ إِلَيْهِمْ فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّهُم بِجُنُودٍ لَّا قِبَلَ لَهُم بِهَا وَلَنُخْرِجَنَّهُم مِّنْهَا أَذِلَّةً وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ (37) قَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ أَيُّكُمْ يَأْتِينِي بِعَرْشِهَا قَبْلَ أَن يَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ (38) قَالَ عِفْرِيتٌ مِّنَ الْجِنِّ أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَن تَقُومَ مِن مَّقَامِكَ ۖ وَإِنِّي عَلَيْهِ لَقَوِيٌّ أَمِينٌ (39) قَالَ الَّذِي عِندَهُ عِلْمٌ مِّنَ الْكِتَابِ أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَن يَرْتَدَّ إِلَيْكَ طَرْفُكَ ۚ فَلَمَّا رَآهُ مُسْتَقِرًّا عِندَهُ قَالَ هَٰذَا مِن فَضْلِ رَبِّي لِيَبْلُوَنِي أَأَشْكُرُ أَمْ أَكْفُرُ ۖ وَمَن شَكَرَ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ رَبِّي غَنِيٌّ كَرِيمٌ (40) قَالَ نَكِّرُوا لَهَا عَرْشَهَا نَنظُرْ أَتَهْتَدِي أَمْ تَكُونُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ (41) فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ قِيلَ أَهَٰكَذَا عَرْشُكِ ۖ قَالَتْ كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ ۚ وَأُوتِينَا الْعِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسْلِمِينَ (42) وَصَدَّهَا مَا كَانَت تَّعْبُدُ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مِن قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ (43) قِيلَ لَهَا ادْخُلِي الصَّرْحَ ۖ فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَن سَاقَيْهَا ۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُ صَرْحٌ مُّمَرَّدٌ مِّن قَوَارِيرَ ۗ قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَانَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ (44)} صدق الله العظيم [النمل].

Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you my beloved in Allah’s love the honored and respected supporter Awad Ahmad Yaqub, peace be upon the entire the best foremost supporters who are certain in era of dialogue before appearing, and salute with bet salutation..

O my beloved in Allah’s love Ahmad Yaqub, who said to you that the hoopoe (bird) did not continue the following-up for the inquiry on the response of the people of the Queen to their Queen after the hoopoe watched her that she is no longer prostrating to the sun in her private temple; in fact the hoopoe got committed to Solomon’s command by following Queen of Saba and her people, and that so he would return to Solomon with the full news about her and her people abiding to command of Allah’s prophet Solomon: {Take this my letter and hand it over to them, then turn from them and see what (answer) they return.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Naml] 27:28
{اذْهَب بِّكِتَابِي هَٰذَا فَأَلْقِهْ إِلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَانظُرْ مَاذَا يَرْجِعُونَ (28)} صدق الله العظيم [النمل].

The fact he is assigned to return to him with the adequate news about the response of the Queen and her people, which means he hands over to her the letter then leave away from them while he returns to them in the right time for monitoring with what they return and by monitoring the Queen. For that Allah’s prophet Solomon said: {Take this my letter and hand it over to them, then turn from them and see what (answer) they return.}Truthful Allah the Great. So the hoopoe bird left, then the hoopoe bird came to the window of the consultative council in order for hoopoe to listen what will she say to her people, and he heard their response to her and it is their words: {They said: We are possessors of strength and possessors of mighty prowess. And the command is thine, so consider what you will command.(33)} [Al-Naml] 27:33, thus the hoopoe heard the response of the Queen to her people and she decided to send a gift to Solomon then she said: {And surely I am going to send them a present, so I am waiting for what (answer) the messengers bring back.} [Al-Naml] 27:35, then the hoopoe knew that she has an immense wisdom out of this, so the hoopoe rejoiced with the good news to the fact the hoopoe knows for certainty that Solomon would never accept their tempting gift, and knew about her agreement with her people as a pre-existing agreement that if Solomon accept this major tempting gift of tones of gold it is then he is just a mere King of whom they got pleased with this world’s life and not a prophet who the tempting of wealth does not seduce him. But she made a condition against her people that if Solomon did not accept the gift then it manifest to them that he is truly a prophet from Lord of the worlds, so her people said: “Therefore, we agreed, so let us wait altogether with what the apostles come back with the huge convoy returns without the load of gold for the fact Solomon accepted it, or the convoy returns loaded as it is and the wealth did not seduce him against his True call?”.
{اذْهَب بِّكِتَابِي هَٰذَا فَأَلْقِهْ إِلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَانظُرْ مَاذَا يَرْجِعُونَ (28)} صدق الله العظيم.
{نَحْنُ أُولُو قُوَّةٍ وَأُولُو بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ وَالْأَمْرُ إِلَيْكِ فَانظُرِي مَاذَا تَأْمُرِينَ ﴿٣٣﴾} [النمل].
{وَإِنِّي مُرْسِلَةٌ إِلَيْهِم بِهَدِيَّةٍ فَنَاظِرَةٌ بِمَ يَرْجِعُ الْمُرْسَلُونَ (35)} [النمل]

Then the hoopoe decided to wait until the carriers of the present return in order for him to return with the comprehensive report to Allah’s prophet Solomon about the Queen and her people in general; did they get ready for the war or did they find guidance and submitted as Muslims after the return of the present as is? Even if they came back with the present of great temptation and Allah’s prophet Solomon -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- did not accept it for the fact when he the leader of the convoy delivered the huge present; let us follow-up the word of Allah the Most High: {So when (the envoy) came to Solomon, he said: Will you help me with wealth? But what Allah has given me is better than that which He has given you. In fact, you are exultant because of your present.(36)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Naml] 27:36
{فَلَمَّا جَاءَ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ أَتُمِدُّونَنِ بِمَالٍ فَمَا آتَانِيَ اللَّهُ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا آتَاكُم بَلْ أَنتُم بِهَدِيَّتِكُمْ تَفْرَحُونَ (36)} صدق الله العظيم [النمل].

Then all her people submitted to Allah as Muslims after the return of the present, then the Hoopoe bird -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- darted with the good news to Allah’s prophet Solomon -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- so he said to Allah’s prophet Solomon: “She has submitted as Muslim; she and her people altogether”. But Allah’s prophet Solomon decided conducting a test to the fact of her submission as a Muslim t the fact the news about her submission did not come through heavenly revelation; in fact it is just an apparent news as hoopoe viewed it and Allah is He Who is the Best Knower with what in the heart of the Queen and her people. For that Allah’s prophet Solomon conducted testing to the reality of submission hers and her people, and been accomplished bringing the throne after her departure and her people (leaving) the land of Saba and they were on the way to Solomon prophet of Allah, and they left behind them some of the guards over the kingdom and its royal castles, and the throne was brought before her arrival to him, and he ordered in altering it a little so they do not think it is just magic so the Queen she does not fear that it is charming their eyes, then she would not dare to come near of the throne and sitting on it, and for that he commanded altering her throne a little in order for the Queen to sit on it, this and because of the great wisdom from Allah’s prophet Solomon by altering her throne a little so it pushed her to dare and come forward to the chair of the throne, and she inspected it by her hand, then she saw its gemstones that was removed and saw its place then she knew that it is the one, and she winked her eye to Solomon prophet of Allah as a signal to him that she acknowledged that it is the one but she does not want sedition to her people so they would think that it is magic, and for that she said: {As if it is the same one}, despite she knew that it is the same one undoubtedly yet she does not want sedition to her people then they think it is a charm of their eyes, verily she wants when they return to their kingdom and they do not find the throne inside the royal castle at the consultative council although the doors are locked and on it strong guards and in spite that it was taken out to Solomon prophet of Allah so they would know that this is a miracle from Allah for ratification to the prophet-hood of Solomon then they would be increased in faith.
{كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ}

Perhaps one of the questioner would like to say: “What makes you know that she winked her eye to Solomon that it is the same one?”. Then we reply to the questioners and say: we deduced that from the answer of Allah’s prophet Solomon in the word of Allah the Most High: {So when she came, it was said: Was your throne like this? She said: As if it is the same one; and we were given the knowledge before her, and we were Muslims (who submitted).(42)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Naml] 27:42
{فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ قِيلَ أَهَٰكَذَا عَرْشُكِ ۖ قَالَتْ كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ ۚ وَأُوتِينَا الْعِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسْلِمِينَ (42)} صدق الله العظيم [النمل].

Look at acknowledging and the confession from Allah’s prophet Solomon with the knowledge of the Queen of Saba in the word of Allah the Most High: {So when she came, it was said: Was your throne like this? She said: As if it is; and we were given the knowledge before her, and we were Muslims (who submitted).(42)}Truthful Allah the Great. The question the comes up: Did the acknowledgement with the knowledge because of her word As if it the same one? In fact to the reality she winked her eye to him after she turned around it and checked it with her hand and she saw the places of the gemstones which was removed from it for altering so she doesn't think it is magic nor her people, until when she completed her turn around it and she was standing in front of the throne then looked at Solomon prophet of Allah so she winked her eye while she is smiling then she said: {As if it is the same one}. And the purpose of her eye’s wink to Solomon prophet of Allah in order he understands that she means that it is the same one undoubtedly and she knew that bringing it was a miracle from Allah as ratification to his prophet-hood,and her came the acknowledgement and the confession from Allah’s prophet Solomon about the knowledge of Queen of Saba, and he said: and we were Muslims (who submitted). Allah the Most High said: {So when she came, it was said: Was your throne like this? She said: As if it is; and we were given the knowledge before her, and we were Muslims (who submitted).(42)}Truthful Allah the Great
{فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ قِيلَ أَهَٰكَذَا عَرْشُكِ ۖ قَالَتْ كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ ۚ وَأُوتِينَا الْعِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسْلِمِينَ (42)} صدق الله العظيم.
{كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ}
{فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ قِيلَ أَهَٰكَذَا عَرْشُكِ ۖ قَالَتْ كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ ۚ وَأُوتِينَا الْعِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسْلِمِينَ} صدق الله العظيم.

Perhaps another questioner would like to say: “O Nasser Mohammad, what makes you know that Solomon feared that the Queen and her people say that this is a manifest magic?”. Then the Imam Mahdi replies to the Questioner and say: We deduce this through the words of Allah’s prophet Solomon: {He said: Alter her throne for her; we may see whether she follows the right way or is of those who go not aright.(41)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Naml] 27:41, which means alter her throne by removing a thing of its gemstones that has glamour and beauty so they do not get certain that it is the same one and Solomon is magician of charmers then she would be along with her folks of the people who gone astray and who do not get guided aright among the nations whenever their prophets came to them with a miracle from Allah for ratification to their prophet-hood that they said: “Indeed, this not but a manifest magic”. For that little alteration has been done to the throne so the Queen dares touching it and inspecting the feel of it and to see the places of the gemstones which been removed from it, she would get certain that it is the same one because she touched it by her hand then she found it actually real and not mere imaginary magic; in fact she examined the cavities of the gemstones that been removed from her throne, and when she knew that it the indeed the same one, and that bringing it is a miracle from Lord of the worlds to the fact she left it behind her at the royal palace on it closed doors and strong guards then Allah increased her faith over her belief from before the hoopoe cast to her honorable letter with wisdom and trick by the hoopoe as we explained this previously in details, so it increased her belief and certainty about her Lord and in the prophethood of Solomon. And Allah the Most High said: {He said: Alter her throne for her; we may see whether she follows the right way or is of those who go not aright.(41) So when she came, it was said: Was your throne like this? She said: As if it is; and we were given the knowledge before her, and we were Muslims (who submitted).(42) And that which she worshiped besides Allah prevented her; for she was of a disbelieving people.(43)}Truthful Allah the Great[Al-Naml] 27:41-43, which means that before the bountiful letter was thrown to her she was of a disbelieving people worshiping the sun besides Allah, and she did not come to Solomon along her all people but submitting as Muslims after returning their present back to them, and the wise hoopoe bird came to him with the news to the fact he was assigned monitoring to their decision and bringing back the certain news to Solomon prophet of Allah -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him.
{قَالَ نَكِّرُوا لَهَا عَرْشَهَا نَنظُرْ أَتَهْتَدِي أَمْ تَكُونُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ (41)} صدق الله العظيم
{قَالَ نَكِّرُوا لَهَا عَرْشَهَا نَنظُرْ أَتَهْتَدِي أَمْ تَكُونُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ (41) فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ قِيلَ أَهَٰكَذَا عَرْشُكِ ۖ قَالَتْ كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ ۚ وَأُوتِينَا الْعِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسْلِمِينَ (42) وَصَدَّهَا مَا كَانَت تَّعْبُدُ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مِن قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ (43)}صدق الله العظيم [النمل]،

Then the second examination came and it is the intensely sparkling glassy diamond castle’s platform: {It was said to her: Enter the castle’s platform . But when she saw it she deemed Lujji, and she uncovered her legs. He said: Surely it is a castle’s platform made of smooth shiny-glass. She said: My Lord, surely I have wronged myself, and I submit with Solomon to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.(44)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Naml] 27:44. And what Allah the Most High means: {..But when she saw it she deemed it to be Lujja, and she uncovered her legs.}? That means she thought it a somewhat deep water that may wet her royal garment that is lowered down to bottom of her legs, and for that she was forced to lift her dangling royal garment a little so she uncover her legs, and as you know that Lujja is the deep water, and we deduce this from the word of Allah the Most High: {Or like darkness in the Lujji sea} [Al-Nour] 24:40, which means a sea that its water is deep. And er know the intended form the word of Allah the Most High: {..But when she saw it she deemed it to be lujja, and she uncovered her legs..} that means she thought it a somewhat deep water so anticipated its deepness till her legs, and for that she uncovered her legs so her royal garment that is embroidered with pearls and coral does not get wet, and till that moment she did not announce her submission as a Muslim openly to the people of Solomon until when it was said to her it is sparkling castle’s platform made of smooth shiny-glass and not a deep water as she thought it until she uncovered her legs then she returned her dress to it dangling till the bottom of her feet, then she came forward until she stood with her feet on the reflected image of the sun in the shiny platform of the castle and she said: {She said: My Lord, surely I have wronged myself, and I submit with Solomon to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Naml] 27:44
{قِيلَ لَهَا ادْخُلِي الصَّرْحَ ۖ فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَن سَاقَيْهَا ۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُ صَرْحٌ مُّمَرَّدٌ مِّن قَوَارِيرَ ۗ قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَانَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ (44)} صدق الله العظيم [النمل].
{فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَن سَاقَيْهَا}
{أَوْ كَظُلُمَاتٍ فِي بَحْرٍ لُجِّيٍّ} [النور:40]،
{فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَن سَاقَيْهَا}
{قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَانَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ (44)} صدق الله العظيم [النمل].

So have we explained fully the answer to you with Truth my beloved one in Allah’s love the questioner Awad Yaqub the respected honored supporter or you still in doubt of the answer? Then show us the place of doubt in the answer which we brought it to you from the decisive Book that the possessors of understanding-minds attain it.

As for your argument that she did not submit as Muslim yet until after coming to Solomon prophet of Allah and you say didn’t Allah the Most High say: {And that which she worshiped besides Allah prevented her; for she was of a disbelieving people.(43)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Naml] 27:43. Then we say to you: Yes, before honorable letter been thrown to her she was from a disbelieving people worshiping the sun besides Allah, and she was the first of who retired from the sun worship before her people who worship the sun besides Allah and they remained worshiping the sun besides Allah - except her secretly- until the apostles returned with major present, but they submitted as Muslims altogether after Allah’s prophet Solomon refused the tempting present then they knew that he is a prophet from Lord of the worlds and not of those who got pleased with the world’s life and its adornments.
{وَصَدَّهَا مَا كَانَت تَّعْبُدُ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مِن قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ (43)} صدق الله العظيم [النمل].

An honorable Ramadan and blessed to us, you and all the Muslims,also we await the early night of the half for the eighth month of the Hijri year for this year of yours 1438, that is month the blessed Ramadan to let the people know that the sun overtook the Moon while they are in heedlessness turning away, as well let them know that the legitimate fore-beginning according to the crescents sighting was truly Friday, and realize that the scholar and the ignorant one, but the arrogant ones pride carries them of to sin after the Truth manifested to them with the authority of knowledge, and the judgement is Allah’s decides between us with justice and He is the Best of deciders. And peace be upon the sent ones, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds..
